We are committed to enhancing the SWOOP Platform and have an important infrastructure update to share. On June 1st, 2023 at 5PM PST, we will upgrade our DNS infrastructure to provide better availability for our services. As a result, the application will be accessed via two new IP addresses:

  • 52.223.38.48

  • 35.71.164.141

While we strive for a seamless experience, please be aware of possible issues during this change:

Firewall Settings: If your organization enforces strict firewall rules, you may need to update them to allow traffic from both new IP addresses. Please inform your IT team to prevent any access disruptions.

Browser Caching: In some instances, browsers may cache the old IP address, causing difficulties in accessing the application. Clearing browser cache should resolve this issue.
