The Swoop production Disaster Recovery test failback maintenance is being rescheduled to June 8th at 12:00am ET.

On April 13th at 12am ET, Swoop engineers will be performing the second and final piece of the Disaster Recovery test on the Swoop platform to fail over to a separate region. During this time, the Swoop dashboard, APIs, and web access will be unavailable for ~30 minutes. Manual processing of work will be required during this test, please engage backup processes during this time.
