The Swoop production Disaster Recovery test failover maintenance is being rescheduled to June 7th at 12:00am ET.

On April 11th at 12am ET, Swoop engineers will be performing the first of two pieces of a Disaster Recovery test on the Swoop platform to fail over to a separate region. During this time, the Swoop dashboard, APIs, and web access will be unavailable for ~30 minutes. Manual processing of work will be required during this test, please engage backup processes during this time.
